Is The Texas Toothpaste® fluoride-free?
Yes. The Texas Toothpaste® is formulated without fluoride. For the most current formula information, always check the ingredient list on your jar or the product page.
Why doesn’t it foam like conventional toothpaste?
The Texas Toothpaste® is made without SLS and similar synthetic foaming agents, so it produces less foam than many conventional toothpastes. Use a small amount and brush as directed.
What ingredients are in the Mint formula?
The current Mint formula lists coconut oil, peppermint oil, clove oil, baking soda, xylitol, and food-grade hydrogen peroxide. Ingredient information on the product label should always be treated as the current source.
The oils separated in my jar. Is that normal?
Natural separation can happen, especially when the jar gets warm. Gently stir the toothpaste with a clean utensil and keep the lid closed when not in use. Store it in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat.
Are Ginger and Turmeric the same formula as Mint?
No. Ginger and Turmeric are separate toothpaste formulas with different ingredient profiles and taste experiences. Check each product page or label before use if you have ingredient sensitivities or preferences.

Is Sheer Alternatives mouthwash alcohol-free?
Yes. Our current mouthwash formulas are alcohol-free. Check the bottle label for the most current ingredient list and directions.
Why can an alcohol-free mouthwash still feel strong?
Essential oils can still create a noticeable tingling or strong sensation even without alcohol. Shake the bottle well before use and follow the label directions. If you experience burning, swelling, pain, or persistent irritation, stop using the product and contact us; seek medical care for a significant reaction.
Should I swallow the mouthwash?
No. Mouthwash is intended to be swished and spit out. If you have a concern after accidentally swallowing a significant amount, contact an appropriate medical professional or poison-control resource.
How do I use the oil pulling oil?
Follow the directions on the bottle. Swish the oil, do not swallow it, and spit it into the trash rather than a sink drain. Then continue your normal oral-care routine.
Does oil pulling replace brushing or flossing?
No. Oil pulling is an optional addition to an oral-care routine; it does not replace regular brushing, flossing, or professional dental care.

Does sea moss gel need to be refrigerated?
Yes. Keep sea moss gel refrigerated after purchase or delivery and follow the storage and use-by guidance provided with your batch.
What should I do when my sea moss order arrives?
Refrigerate it promptly. If the jar arrives damaged, leaking, unsealed, or in a condition that makes you question its freshness, contact us before using it.
How can I use sea moss gel?
Follow the serving directions on the product label. Many customers add it to smoothies, drinks, or other foods. If you have medical, dietary, pregnancy, medication, or allergy concerns, ask a qualified healthcare professional whether it is appropriate for you.
How long does sea moss gel last?
Freshness depends on the batch, temperature, and handling. Use the current storage and date guidance supplied with your product rather than relying on a general time estimate.

How can I track my order?
Use our Track Order page and enter the requested order information. You can also check the shipping confirmation sent after your order leaves our facility.
When will my order ship?
Processing and transit times can vary. Our Shipping & Delivery policy is the best place to check current fulfillment information. A shipping confirmation is sent when tracking becomes available.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will help when we can, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started or a package has shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item?
Please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged shipments, photos of the product and packaging help our team review the situation faster.
Do you ship to my location?
Available shipping destinations and methods are shown during checkout. If your address cannot be serviced by an available method, checkout will let you know before payment is completed.
